Dr Roshin Sudesh
Chief Medical Officer
Consultant/ Emergency / Medicine
My name is Roshin, I am currently a Consultant in Emergency Medice for the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
I have been an instructor for BASICS (ICC & PHECC) since 2018 and a member of SIMCAS (KSS BASICS Scheme) since 2021.
From 2019 my role as a doctor has seen me being actively involved at several Motorsport venues including Lydden Hill, Snetterton and Cadwell Park as well as being a crowd doctor for Fulham Football club. I took over the role of Chief Medical Officer for LHMRS in February 2022.
I am currently pursuing two Diplomas, one in Remote and Offshore Medicine and one in Conflict and Catastrophe Medicine.

Ivan Kaye
- Paramedic & Med. Centre Manager
I joined the Kent Ambulance service in 1980, becoming a paramedic in 1990. I am currently working for South East Coast Ambulance NHS Trust after taking early retirement in 2016 and going back to do two days a week. I finally retired from Secamb in December 24 after 44 yrs plus service.
I have been fortunate enough to work for many years as a paramedic at Lydden Hill, taking over the reins of medical centre manager in 2014, a role which includes the day to day running, staffing, admin, as well as being an active member of a very dedicated team on track.
I live with my partner Alison who is also a paramedic and our two sons, one who is at university and one who is at college.

Peter Tucker
- Critical Care Paramedic
My name is Eyston and I am a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at King's College Hospital in London. I also work for the Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey and Sussex. I love all things motorsport and have been a part of the team at Lydden Hill since 2014, formerly as Chief Medical Officer. I always look forward to spending time at Lydden Hill with the team.
I'm not as witty as Ivan and Pete but instead I am frequently put to use on tea and coffee duty!

Nakai Redman
- Paramedic
My name is Nakai, I have worked for the NHS Ambulance service since 2008 in various roles, I am currently an Operations Manager and Paramedic. I have worked with the Lydden Hill medical team since joining the ambulance service and have also provided medical cover for Karting, Grass track, Motor cross and other sporting events.
I have a keen interest in out of hospital emergency, urgent and critical care and enjoy the challenges of delivering care in the pre-hospital setting.
Away from medicine, my passions are Open water swimming and Hiking.

Chris Fudge
- Critical Care Paramedic
I joined the ambulance service in the late 80's, subsequently joining the Kent Air Ambulance in 2000 on the first of three secondments, leaving in 2010 to go to university and qualify as a CCP.
I have also been on bank to an East London hospital A&E department with placements in neurosurgical intensive care.
Having been involved in motorsport since 1970 as a competitor and as part of a rescue crew gave me the opportunity to be instrumental in setting up the first Lydden based rescue unit in the 80's. I have been working at Lydden in my role as a CCP for many years.
I am married with one grown up daughter.

Katie Duncan
- Paramedic
I commenced my paramedic science BSc (Hons) degree in 2011 at Canterbury Christchurch university completing my degree in 2014, from then on I began working for South East Coast Ambulance service as an operational paramedic in Kent.
I currently work full time as a Teaching Fellow in paramedic science at the university of Greenwich having joined in February 2020. I am currently studying at level 7 for my PGCERT in higher education.
I have published an article for standby CPD titled: Traumatic Cardiac Arrest - HOTT off the press!
I have been part of the Lydden Hill medical team as a paramedic for several years now.

Alan Phillpott
- Critical Care Paramedic
I joined the Ambulance Service in 1998, and qualified as a Paramedic in 2001.
In Sept 2009 I qualified as a Critical Care Paramedic after attending Hertfordshire University. This has given me an enhanced understanding of emergency medicine and has provided an excellent foundation on which to base my medical motor sport career.
It is both an honour and a privilege to work within this highly professional dedicated team who are as passionate as I am for all things motor sport.
I live in Dover with my wife and two sons, and enjoy playing golf in my spare time.

Natalie Cookson

After graduating from Newcastle University Medical School in 2014, I moved to London to work as a doctor. I am now an Emergency Medicine Higher Trainee in North West London.
I have interests in Trauma and Pre- Hospital medicine. I have worked at Lydden Hill for the past four years and was Chief Medical Officer at Lydden from January 2020 to February 2022, This role included allocating doctors to cover events, education, safety and development of the service we provide.
I also have a strong interest in Humanitarian medicine and have worked abroad in Uganda, Zambia and most recently in the past year at refugee settings in Greece.

Shadman Aziz

My name is Shadman (Shad), I am currently working as a Emergency Medicine trainee in East London, As well as being a member of the Lydden medical team I also volunteer as an Emergency Responder for the local Ambulance service and provide medical cover for football stadium events.
I have a keen interest in medical education and instruct on ALS and MIMMS courses, I am passionate about medical research and innovation and have recently completed an academic post in prehospital critical care.
Outside of work I like travelling, Good food and fast cars.

Brian Fitch

I joined Kent Ambulance in 2001 as an ambulance fleet mechanic, subsequently qualifying as an Emergency Care Assistant in 2005 working in the NHS.
I have been associated with Lydden for a few years now, firstly as part of a rescue unit covering events and currently as part of the ambulance staff as well as looking after the maintenance of the medical car/ambulance and other vehicles.
I am married with two grown up daughters and three grandchildren.
Lesser known brother of Geoff, semi retired vintage paramedic now having worked for the NHS for many years.
Enjoying mountain bike, road riding, jogging, hiking as well as my two motorcycles.
Have been working as a paramedic at Lydden for awhile now and am exited about the redevelopment.

Dr Sean Dillane

I am a specialist paramedic (Critical Care) working in both the NHS and private sectors
I have particular professional interests in Airway care, Resuscitation and Motorsport medicine and am passionate about medical education, mainly ECG interpretation!
My name is Sean, I'm a doctor in emergency medicine and deputy chief medical officer for Lydden Hill race circuit. I trained at Galway University in the west of Ireland before moving to London in 2016 for postgraduate training.
My main areas of interest are in Trauma and Pre - Hospital care having worked at three major trauma centres to date, I have been working at Lydden since 2018 and looking forward to seeing you all there.

I started on patient transport in 1998 moving to STS which was mostly blue light transfers to London, In 2007 I became an Emergency Care Assistant on a front line emergency ambulance until taking retirement in 2017, I then returned in the same role doing Bank shifts, mostly days and lates.
I enjoy being part of the Lydden Hill medical team which I have been doing for the past three years now.

After leaving education I worked for British Gas and then joined the Kent Ambulance service in 1999, 2 years on Patient transport before qualifying as a Technician and I am currently working for South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
I have also worked for a private ambulance service covering event work and have now been associated with Lydden Hill for the past 3 years as a medical clinician.
I am married to my husband Steve and have three grown up daughters as well as two grand daughters, so a female dominated family, I enjoy walking, cycling and traveling.
